"I've been a customer of Home Theater Store and now MODIA for over a decade, and have always been pleased with the knowledge an professionalism the staff has displayed. I recently attended MODIA's "4K Seminar" on 1/23/14, as I was very interested to find out more about this newest technology and ask questions to the staff. I worked with Mike Blust, who I've known and worked with for many, many years. He answered all my questions and help me decide on the Samsung UN65F9000 UHD set to replace a Samsung PN59D7000. He also helped me to decide on the installation services I needed done in my house for this new set and the one I would be moving to another room. MODIA Installers, Andy and Victor arrived on time for the installation, and were extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled at moving my old TV to another room, and hanging the new TV. They did a great job and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. "Finding the right TV is very difficult, if not challenging. I've been wanted to replace my 50" plasma, and Blain at the Westheimer store was the person helped me to "pick" the right one, based on what I have, also pointed out other related hardware that needs to be taken care as well. Mike B. helped me put the package together, including the installation. Installation guys were great, showed up on time, and put everything together nicely, and the TV looks great. Their price is very competitive, people are knowledgable, and providing "the whole 9 yards" service. Believe me, you don't want to hang the big screen TV and try to reconfigure your AV system on your own."

"The Samsung 8500 is a fantastic TV. Our salesperson, James, did an excellent job in working with us to determine the product that would work best for us. James visited our home to make sure that the entire system was right for our room/house. He was a pleasure to work with. The installation was a little more than just hanging a TV on the wall as the "TV wall" had been custom designed around the previous system. The installation people did a wonderful job; they handled the job like they were doing it for themselves. They made sure everything was working fine and kept everything clean the entire time."

Since that time, we have been exposed to many of your personnel, both in the store and the technicians. Today, I wanted to write and advise you of the outstanding service and work that Rob recently provided to us. We have come to know Rob over the past year or so as he has performed service work on our system. We have found him to be extremely customer service focused, and frankly, he stands out from a number of other members of your organization in that regard. He is knowledgable, thorough and diligent in his work, takes the time to explain what he is doing, and is very responsive in his communications. Moreover, his enthusiasm, courtesy and positive attitude make him a pleasure to have in our home working on the system. We had been experiencing some system issues and Rob made a stop on his way home last night to move our issue up in the scheduling.
