MODIA is looking for a career minded Marketing/Advertising professional.

The successful candidate will have the ability to perform strategic assessments of our competitive needs based on MODIA's sales and competitive product road maps. Candidate must have the ability to conceive, deliver and track successful marketing programs based on the MODIA business model. Our corporate office is located in Southwest Houston near the Galleria area.

In this creative and analytical role you will:

• Create strategies and set strategic goals.
• Identify and understand the demographic make-up of our end-user.
• Establish rapports with other high-end retailers in order to produce a shared customer database and form mutually beneficial sales relationships.
• Create press releases with the assistance of a copywriter.
• Develop a direct marketing/web campaign targeting our ideal customer base.

Applicant must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience in a retail/electronics environment would be helpful. Knowledge of Powerpoint and/or In Design software is preferred, but not necessary.
