Email and tracking info were provided. Arrived in perfect condition 7 days later on liftgate truck, shrink wrapped and strapped to a pallet. FedEx driver moved pallet from street to the house and waited while I inspected box. Feel good knowing Home Theater Store is authorized Sony dealer. Excellent shopping experience.
