After reviewing other sites, I was so impressed with Home Theatre Store's website, price & the fact they were an authorized dealer, I decided to purchase a Sony KDL46XBR3 from them. I placed my order by phone & was told although out of stock, they were expecting a shipment within 4-5 business days & would contact me. There was no hard sell & I was never pushed to order any extras.

I was also informed their were no hidden charges & their free shipping included insurance unlike many other sites. 5 days after placing my order,I received a call stating the TV had arrived & they were shipping it out that day. I received it 4 business days later in perfect condition. Special thanks to Fred who returned my phone calls, answered all my questions & even offered to walk me through the set up if needed. "I ordered a Mitsubishi WD-57831 from them on a Saturday. They started processing the order on the next business day, Monday, which I expected. The order was shipped the next evening and I received it in brand new condition on Thursday. The merchant is in Houston so your shipping times will vary depending on your distance from there. There was a delay getting the online order status updated.

The order status kept indicating that it was pending even after the order had shipped. I ended up calling customer service on Wednesday literally the very minute they had just sent me an email confirming the order had shipped. Customer support was very friendly and helpful. I was initially apprehensive at the large purchase from a previously unknown merchant. However, everything worked out great and I would recommend other people use this merchant and I will probably be shopping with them again."

"Only issue I had with website was calculation of shipping charges. For some reason, shipping charges were calculated out to 5 decimal places originally. Submitted order and got warning that shipping charges had to be "recalculated". Basically, the shipping charges were finally rounded to two decimal places. Had to resubmit order after confirming warning. Extremely quick response to order. Received confirmation of order (by phone and e-mail) within one minute of order."
